Flags and Canopies Product Warranty

All Flags and Canopies products are fully inspected before despatch and are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials from the date of original purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Lifetime Frame Warranty (40mm & 50mm Frames)

All Flags and Canopies 40mm and 50mm frames are covered by our Lifetime Frame Warranty, defined as a SEVEN (7) YEAR warranty from the date of original purchase.

If a frame develops a fault during this period due to defective workmanship or materials, it may be returned (freight prepaid) to Flags and Canopies or an approved Authorised Service Agent. Subject to inspection, the frame will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.

Canopies, Prints & Accessories Warranty

All canopies, fabrics, and accessories are covered by a THREE  (3) YEAR warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

Print / ink fade is covered for ONE (1) year only.

This warranty does not cover IN RELATION TO   FRAMES , PRINT AND  ACCESSORIES :

• Damage caused by wind, storms, rain, or other acts of nature

• Accidental or deliberate damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance

• Products that have been modified or altered

• Repairs attempted by unauthorised persons

• Use of non-genuine or non-recommended parts or accessories

Important Information

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

• Freight, removal, and installation costs are not covered

• Costs may be charged for warranty claims deemed invalid

• This warranty does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law
